FEES & COMMISSION:

Elite Creative Casting operates on a commission basis in line with industry standards.

We do not charge upfront fees for representation.

For children and young performers, all communication is handled with parents or guardians. Safeguarding and professionalism are a priority.

We do not require talent to enrol in any specific classes, courses or programmes in order to be represented.

However, training is an important part of long-term development- particularly for children, young performers and those early in their careers.

Any training offerings are always:

  • optional

  • separate from representation

  • based on what best supports the performer, not the agency

Representation is never conditional on paid training.
