TRACY GOLESWORTHY
Co-Founder of ECC
Tracy Golesworthy is a LAMDA-trained performer who has undertaken professional training with The Voice College.
A qualified singing teacher, director and acting coach, she brings extensive experience across theatre, film and live entertainment to her work in casting and talent representation.
Her career spans both national and international performance, directing, talent development and entertainment production, including International management, directing UK production companies and theatres, and acting coaching on film productions.
This industry-led experience gives her a clear understanding of casting, performance standards and the professional development needed to build sustainable careers.
As Co-Founder of Elite Creative Casting,
Tracy plays a hands-on role in identifying, representing and developing talent across television, film, commercials and theatre.
She works closely with performers to understand their strengths, refine their professional positioning and leads the support throughout the casting process, combining informed guidance and feedback with focused, personal representation.
AUDREY ELIZABETH
Co-Founder of ECC
Audrey Elizabeth is a multi-award-winning theatre school owner, creative director and marketing strategist with more than 20 years’ experience across the performing arts, talent development, business and digital media.
Having trained as a dance teacher with the United Kingdom Alliance, Audrey’s career began in the performing arts, adjudication and has grown across International performance, choreography, directing, production, theatre education and talent development.
She has spent more than two decades developing performers to represent their country on international stages, producing award-winning productions and creating environments where talent can develop their skills, and professional understanding.
Alongside her work in the performing arts, Audrey has built a successful career in marketing and digital strategy, working with established personal brands and businesses across the UK. Her experience spans brand strategy, audience psychology, content, digital media and the development of public-facing talent.
This combination of creative industry experience and strategic expertise gives Audrey a unique perspective on the modern talent industry- understanding not only how performers develop their craft, but how they are positioned, presented and perceived within a competitive professional marketplace.
As Co-Founder of Elite Creative Casting, Audrey leads the agency’s strategy, digital presence and systems while playing an active role in talent representation and development.
She works closely with performers to understand their individual strengths, experience and ambitions, supporting them in navigating professional opportunities and building sustainable careers within the industry.
